Excellent podcast from two former managers who have seen it all.
Undr the Cosh is by far the best football podcasts, but this runs it a close second. I was searching for an alternative to UTC and this fills the gap. Mick & Tony have massive experience in football and have great stories. All their guests are top notch too. Keep up the good work!!
Gents, please let the guests finish their thoughts but overall a great pod, awesome tales.
Love this podcast, 2 experienced ex Managers who provide a brilliant insight to being a football manager.
One aspect I totally get is that leadership above tactics is key. I think you can be a great coach tactically, however, if you can’t lead people and motivate, you are doomed to failure.
