這一集想聊一個看起來很生活、但其實非常「PM」的能力：界線管理（Boundary Management）。
很多人不敢拒絕邀約，不是因為不願意，而是怕尷尬、怕傷感情、怕被誤會。但從專案管理的角度來看，我們真正需要做的其實是——把模糊變清楚，把拒絕變成可延續的合作。

很多專案卡住，不是技術做不到，而是一開始對「成功」沒有對齊。所以我越來越確定：收集資訊不是行政，它是專案的第一個交付（deliverable）。
