這一集想聊一個看起來很生活、但其實非常「PM」的能力：界線管理（Boundary Management）。
很多人不敢拒絕邀約，不是因為不願意，而是怕尷尬、怕傷感情、怕被誤會。但從專案管理的角度來看，我們真正需要做的其實是——把模糊變清楚，把拒絕變成可延續的合作。

壓力很大，而且很大一部分是我自己給自己的；加上某些社會消息離我的生活圈很近，讓我更想練習一件事：不擴散恐慌，也不讓自己被恐慌吞沒。
