すごくいい番組をみつけたなと思って聞いていると、バックミュージックの音がガチャガチャして声が聞きずらいです。できればおだやかなサウンドにして頂くと聞き取りやすく理解しやすくなります。お願いします。

本編はとても参考になるし自分も楽になって聴く価値があるんだけど、最後の「頑張りましょう」って言葉がけっこうこたえる。なのでエンディングに入ったら再生済みにして聞きたくない言葉を聞かないで済むようにしてる。
あと音量がエピソードによって小さかったり大きかったり途中からデカくなったりで再生中の音量調節が面倒。

ちょうど生理前に、リラックス系のポッドキャストを探してるとき見つけました。語りかけてくれるような話し方で、聴いているだけで粗だった感情が落ち着いてきます。こんな風に、声で生理前を一緒に寄り添ってくれるラジオは初めてだったので、これからも聴きたいと思います。
