  • A great deep dive into this topic

I really appreciate the grounded focus on the medical implications and implementation of psychedelics as a medicine. It’s always great to listen to you and your guests. Often we have to say goodbye too early to many loved ones due to their inner wounding. I know that those medicines are capable of bringing order, peace and healing into our lives. 🙏

  • Amazing Podcast (Even for a Beginner like me)

As someone who is somewhat new to psychedelics, especially on the scientific side of things, this podcast has been awesome for me to learn from!

The amount of education and value I’ve gained in just a few episodes has already been really impactful for me. I still have yet to go on my first ‘journey’ but this podcast has given me the confidence to research it even more and actually dig into the specifics of what my first journey would look like.

  • Love it, but...

Love the podcast overall. Thanks for all the hard work you put into it.

But is possible to organize your episodes in reverse chronological order so that NEW episodes show up at the top so we don’t need to scroll all the way through old episodes to find the newest one(s)? 🙏🏼✌🏼🙏🏼

  • Great source

I’m a mental health clinician working in private practice and starting to work in a psychedelic assisted space with ketamine in a center that does lozenges and IM injections. Dr. Lynn Marie’s podcast is an excellent source of information, she has on high caliber guests and is an engaged, curious and generous interviewer, who brings out the best in her interview subjects.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Who Is a Good Candidate for Ibogaine? with Fernando Rivas, MD
Q: How do clinicians determine if a patient is a candidate given the risks, especially QT prolongation and drug interactions?
Candidates are carefully screened with ECGs to assess QT interval, review essential medications for possible interactions or cessation before treatment, and ensure that any serotonergic or QT-prolonging drugs are managed to minimize risk.
Who Is a Good Candidate for Ibogaine? with Fernando Rivas, MD
Q: What are Ibogaine's most researched and effective indications beyond addiction interruption and TBI/PTSD?
Beyond those core indications, there are anecdotal reports of improvements in sleep, vision-related symptoms, and general daily functioning, but the clinical evidence remains limited and the emphasis is on safety and individualized risk-benefit planning.
Psychedelics and Neurodiversity with Dr. WaiFung Tsang, DClinPsy
Q: What exactly is neurodivergence, and what falls under that umbrella in this field?
Neurodivergence encompasses neurocognitive differences that arise from culture, life experiences, and biology, including conditions like autism and ADHD, which exist on a spectrum and require culturally sensitive, individualized approaches rather than a one-size-fits-all framework.
Low-Dose Ketamine for Chronic Pain: A Biopsychosocial Approach with Michelle Weiner, DO, MPH
Q: How is ketamine dosing approached in chronic pain patients to maximize outcomes?
Dosing is personalized and kept low, often twice weekly for a few weeks, with careful preparation and three-day post-dose windows to support neuroplastic changes and behavioral changes.
Low-Dose Ketamine for Chronic Pain: A Biopsychosocial Approach with Michelle Weiner, DO, MPH
Q: What has changed in thinking about psychedelics and chronic pain since your earlier discussion?
The focus has shifted to central brain networks and neuroplasticity; ketamine can modulate these networks with a low-dose, integrated approach rather than simply blocking pain signals.
