I opened my podcast app and just searched the term “cooking” to see if anything came up that might help me get over my overwhelm. Amanda’s podcast has really done that for me. Her approach to meal planning is really helpful, and reasonable. It’s just really good down-to-earth advice that will remind you that meal planning and cooking for your family is doable. 🙌🏼
