I’ve been in a terrible rut with meal planning for my family of five lately. I opened my podcast app and just searched the term “cooking” to see if anything came up that might help me get over my overwhelm. Amanda’s podcast has really done that for me. Her approach to meal planning is really helpful, and reasonable. It’s just really good down-to-earth advice that will remind you that meal planning and cooking for your family is doable. 🙌🏼

I really like this podcast! Nutrition education, problem solving, authentic sharing, life planning and meal prepping resources and ideas, and a bit of helpful parenting advice thrown in! I don’t feel like I have to change my personality to a type A person to see more peace and organization. Thanks for this great podcast for moms of babies (me) or any age! I appreciate you sharing your healthy resources for realistic ideas about self-care. Thx!
I look forward to this podcast every week. I love that Amanda keeps the episode short and simple so that I walk away with something doable. I love the balance of nutrition, planning, preparing ahead of time, and trying to keep yourself from feeling overwhelmed in the process.
