I just stumbled across this, almost missed it. I love this! I'm a longtime fan of various storytelling shows, from Joe frank, to The Moth, and Risk, etc.
Great use of sounds that really feeds the imagination.

Coney Island is a masterful piece - it has a perfect rhythm, finely crafted story, and makes excellent use of ambient sound. I think Ryan Scammell's work will be the future of public radio - inventive, sound-rich, and unconventional. I only wish he put out stories at a steadier pace!!
