I stumbled on this podcast randomly and I really like it. Informative, interesting, and his great accent definitely adds to it.
I like the no BS approach from Cillian. The podcasts get into the nitty gritty of the message he is aiming to get across fairly quickly, and the advice is very sound and unbiased.
Enjoying all of them to date, particularly the training log and essential home equipment episodes!
Refreshing to get a podcast that isn’t interrupted every 5 mins by sponsored ads or churning out the same commercial gym myths we hear over and over. Excellent!
