An in depth look at Philippine history. Very important and informative.
Having casually studied Filipino history, it is always fascinating to hear stories of home. It is a joy. I’m not in any position to evaluate this podcast’s academic credentials, but it is entertaining and informative. However, the author and the presenter should refrain from quips and varying voices and “quote-unquote”. They are distracting, annoying, and pedestrian. I'm enjoying the podcast. I do wish he'd spent more time on pre-colonial Philippines, though I suppose that would be more archeology and less history proper. Looking forward to the rest of the story.
