  • Touch Grass

Dr. Phil, nice to hear your conversation keeping us up with current developments in overall health. I am inherently aware that touching grass is important because I grew up when we HAD to go outside. I have always said in the last twenty years why are the neighborhood playgrounds empty? Figuring it was combination of helicopter parenting and video games. But wow! To hear your guests explain how they grew up? Unbelievable! It’s such a gap for me not really haven’t dealt with the last couple of y... more

Said it all. So let me just block-quote from the latest Deadline article:

“Scolding Phil McGraw for not being forthright in his deals, favor certain creditors over others, and the recent trial, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Scott Everett said Tuesday he wants the MSM proceedings transferred into a Chapter 7, and the assets sold off to pay off debts. “There is no hope for rehabilitation,” Judge Everett candidly said of Dr. Phil’s Chapter 11 desire….”

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Uncovering Evil: The Organ Harvesting Industry America Ignores
Q: How big is the system and how many people are affected at any given time?
Estimates are imprecise due to state secrecy, but historical data suggest tens of thousands of transplants per year at peak periods; numbers are debated and heavily constrained by government secrecy.
Uncovering Evil: The Organ Harvesting Industry America Ignores
Q: What toll did it take on you to put this book together and confront the truth?
The process was initially hard to accept given the scale and brutality, but over time, two whistleblowers and a mounting body of evidence forced a reckoning; it was a difficult, chilling journey that ultimately compelled him to publish the work.
A Father Accused of a Deadly Family Attack
Q: What steps did you try to take before this tragedy, and where did the system fail you?
Mariah explains repeated attempts to get help—divorce, protective orders, police reports, and domestic violence center involvement—were dismissed or treated as insufficient, illustrating a pattern of misalignment between victims' needs and the system's responses.
George Santos: Lies, Scandal, and the Road to Prison
Q: If the prosecutors were here, what would they say were the worst things that you did?
They would point to misuse of donor funds and fabrications surrounding his background; Santos acknowledges there were serious misuses and emphasizes personal responsibility going forward.
Country Music Duo, Maddie & Tae: Don’t Call It a Break-Up
Q: What does it look like to kind of, like, re-evaluate yourself?
People are allowed to change, and I think that was hard for me to do.
