  • More fluff than value

Gave the pod several tries. They talked about their favorite ice cream flavors for first ten minutes, then an ad. More ice cream and a smidgen of value. Another ad. Back to ice cream.

  • Perpetual META Traffic

Not a bad pod if you primarily want advice, insight, or case studies on Meta. It used to touch on many of the other platforms. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. But possibly a place for the pod to grow.

Q: What role does the algorithm play in these decisions?
The algorithm decides where spend goes; by simplifying targeting (fewer state-specific ads) and providing a wider mix of creatives, the algorithm can optimize more effectively across audiences.
Bad Data and 10+ Minute Video Ads Were Killing This Account - Here's the Fix
Q: How did you approach creative changes to improve performance?
We moved away from long, single 10-minute videos; created shorter, benefit-focused clips and testable carousels, and shifted to a more modular content approach so each piece can stand on its own.
Bad Data and 10+ Minute Video Ads Were Killing This Account - Here's the Fix
Q: What was the biggest bottleneck you tackled first to reignite growth?
We started by linking directly to the source data platforms (Shopify, app stores) to eliminate HubSpot as the sole truth source, which revealed real spend and performance and allowed smarter allocation.
$5.5M to $12.1M in 13 Months: What Happens When You Fix the Data First
Q: How did Data Suite change the decision-making process for this client?
Data Suite connected ad data, website activity, and purchases into one source of truth, enabling precise attribution, better optimization decisions, and the ability to identify top-selling, most profitable products to focus campaigns around.
$5.5M to $12.1M in 13 Months: What Happens When You Fix the Data First
Q: Tell us about the NCAC concept and why it matters for scaling a brand.
NCAC defines what you can afford to pay for a new customer, anchored to real costs like COGS, refunds, and fulfillment. Knowing NCAC, along with an unbiased source of truth, prevents overspending and guides where to allocate budgets for sustainable growth.
