  • Good topics, but interviewer needs to let the guests speak

I enjoy learning more about peptides and these cutting edge longevity topics. Dr Kent clearly knows his stuff, but when he’s interviewing ppl he interrupts them too much and goes on tangents. We either are or are not listening for guests contributions or we are here to listen to him, I sometimes get annoyed/frustrated trying to keep up or trying to figure out what the guest was saying before he/she was interrupted. Keep up the content, but maybe work on interview best practices.

Fasting Without the Suffering: The ProLon Science Behind Autophagy
Q: What actually is in a ProLon kit and what does a client do?
The ProLon kit includes a five-day, self-contained menu with day-specific meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) comprised of real foods like soups, nut bars, olives, and a fruit- or quinoa-based dessert. It uses a precise macronutrient-to-micronutrient balance to stay just below the body's nutrient-sensing radar, supporting autophagy while preserving muscle. The host explains the structure and how the box guides the user through each day, making the process turnkey and easy to follow.
