When I was at my lowest point suffering with pain I was lucky enough to find Dr. Wise’s book. Not only that, he was nice enough to talk to me on the phone for 40 minutes. This information is invaluable for anyone suffering from pelvic pain.
Although I had found out so much information about my pelvic pain already - having somebody share their emotional experience of pelvic pain, their inner guard being up, the sense of a world that could hurt me at any time, touches me deeply. I am not alone. There is a way out. Beautiful voice to listen to, too. 🤗🍀👌

Be careful of specialists that don’t see the whole picture of your body and it’s various trigger points in relation to the actual source of pain.
If it wasn’t for Dr. David Wise many of us CPPS folk wouldn’t be a functioning bunch. Or happy.
