Great information! I run 3 huskies using a Diggler scooter recreationally. I don’t race, but the conversation about training and paying attention to your dog is definitely applicable to what I do with my dogs! I’ve listened to episodes 1-4 and then 21. Going back to listen to all episodes. Keep up the good work!
I gave up sprint racing about 30 years ago. After adopting a very active mutt, my wife suggested I pull out an old harness as I trained for another marathon. I didn’t even know canicross was an event. Training dogs with the help of internet resources like your podcast is so much easier! I started competing again and can’t wait to get more dogs :-)
It was my pleasure to be a guest on the show and talk about dog mushing, training teams and more. This a great show with a great line-up of topics!

I have so enjoyed this podcast. The relevant and helpful content has really inspired me to dabble in dog powered sports with my dogs. It’s so interesting to learn about all the different facets of these sports and the dogs and humans that enjoy them.
