  • Outstanding Podcasts!! 🤩

Paul has a really unique way of entering into the lives of ex officers. I found Paul really easy to talk to and to be honest I felt better, mentally, after my interview. It felt good to open up to someone with regards to incidents dealt with in the Police and never really spoken about. I have had fabulous feedback from my interview and I have Paul to Thank for that. Keep up the Brilliant work Paul, you are helping us. I’ve also taken to walking everyday and I’m glad I’ve over 90 more interviews... more

  • Real People!

Paul has a unique way of getting real people to ‘open up’ and give a truthful insight into their lives.

Remember, these are normal everyday people, not celebrities or trying to promote themselves or their businesses.

Some will give you a belly laugh, some will make you cry, some will resonate or make you take a look at your own life, but all will hold your attention because they are REAL.

    Keep it up Paul.

  • Excellent podcast.

Just listened to the Mick Thwaites interview (who was my boss at Southend for a time) and found it fascinating. Very interesting to hear about his past and the great things he got up to, in and out of the police. Some great names mentioned too, which took me back to some fantastic times.

Now been through the list of previous episodes and am looking forward to each and every one of them.
