Q: Do you have any advice for somebody who is walking the Buddhist path right now that you wish you had heard when you were earlier on in your journey with Buddhism?
Just keep your ideals in your pocket and do Zazen.

Finding the right school and teacher is very important, and trying to establish a regular practice while you seek that out.

Q: How did you go from transitioning from teaching in that way into counselling and into psychotherapy and therapy?
I originally taught in Poland and after moving to England, I could not find a teaching job due to language barriers, so I turned to therapy, pursuing further education in the field.

The self-study is essential in understanding who we are in the midst of overwhelming information.

Yes, joy is a very natural response, and there is a profound bond formed between the family and the newborn during childbirth.
