So glad Helena has added more pods! I was in need of the most recent one around joy and play in parenting and the reminder to not feel like everything HAS to be a lesson was exactly what I needed to hear. What a relief! Love this supportive pod and all the wonderful ideas that come with it!! Thanks Helena ❤️
I leave each episode feeling inspired to connect with my child and feeling less alone in parenting. Helena shares warmly and honestly about parenting and every episode just feels like such a loving hug from her.
What a fantastic podcast! Simple ideas on how to powerfully connect with kids through play. What a gift for parents
I’m so grateful I found this podcast. I’ve been doing connected parenting for about a year and it’s can be really hard at times. These ideas are refreshing and simple. The host does a great job of explaining why these ideas are invaluable and what to expect. I have been playing chase and having more pillow fights and feeling more connected to my kiddos. Thank you!!!
Omg this couldn’t have come at a better time. I shouted at my 3 year old the other day then felt terrible about it. I’m glad I’m not the only one. U normalised it for me and I know what to do but I just get caught up in the moment rather than bringing lightness, play and laughter. Thx for this podcast it keeps reminding me to take the 5 mins to laugh rather than an hour of grumpiness from both of us and getting no where 💕😍💕 ur a gem Helena
