I really felt as if Sheila was speaking directly to me. She has a way of making me feel very safe as I open up to her , sharing all my vulnerabilities and fears. I find myself very motivated after I read / listen to her. Give her a listen. I promise you will find something that will stick with you.
All I can say is to take the step . It took deciding to have Shiela coach me to really changing my life! I had so much negative baggage for so many years . Thoughts , feelings and so much crap. Don’t get me wrong it still is hard work and as Shiela says I “wobble” but I feel calmer and more in control since I took the jump. This episode makes me realize how much we have Fomo and she is right social media is the culprit. I love these podcasts !! Thank you from the bottom of my heart❤️
Our own thoughts create our experiences in our lives. So simple - so revolutionary! I love Sheila’s insights. I always am learning from her. Sheila - I wish you could coach everyone that I love!!!
I look forward to Sheila's podcasts every week! Without fail, she gives me new insights and challenges me, in her gentle manner, to be the very best me!
What a great episode! This small shift in thinking can create a big change in your life. It has in mine.
Sheila shares small steps that you can work on right away, every day.
