Season 3 is all about friendship. If you’re new to the show I’d say start there, it’s excellent.

  • Time to get help.

I love this podcast. I’m in my 40s and cannot believe how relevant all of this is in my life. It’s a comfort in itself to know that I’m not the only one who struggles with some of this stuff. Also, I’m super grateful for the episodes in season three. They gave me the courage to reconnect with my best friend from school and it has made such a difference in my life lately.
