I absolutely love this podcast and the format of summarizing a journal article to inform the conversation on a topic. It’s incredibly convenient to listen during my commute and then take the quiz to earn CEU’s (side note, there is a membership cost for getting CEU’s). The content is always up-to-date, relevant, and rooted in evidence based practice. Hosts and guests are very insightful but not intimidating, so I even like listening to episodes that are outside my current practice field of peds. ... more
These podcasts have been very helpful in learning about new research and then hearing from someone who can help figure out how to apply that research to your practice right away. My focus is pediatrics and there seems to be more episodes geared towards adults but there have been some more pediatric articles and discussions more recently. It is an easy way to work your way through some ceus while learning very applicable information.
This podcast is so valuable to stay updated with latest research while earning professional development units! Highly recommend the podcast and club!
OT Potential takes new research and pulls out exactly what practitioners need to know to improve their practice. The guest experts bring fresh perspectives and make each episode feel conversational and engaging. As a student I have learned so much not just about the latest evidence, but what clinicians are actually doing to put that evidence to work. Highly recommend!!
Sarah is so kind and respectful!! She speaks eloquently, listens and creates an open, comfortable environment to explore ideas and share perspectives. It’s helpful!!
