I was really interested in hearing a more holistic approach to health, and was fairly frustrated with the ‘alternative health’ sphere for a while, which to me seemed to accidentally easily fell into conspiracy theories and marketing schemes. Interesting, but not a thorough enough look. Germ theory is not proven, despite our beyond corrupt Rockefeller-pharmaceutical-transhumanist PTBs acting as if it is. Add to that their constant fear narrativies and contagion brainwashing. Additionally uncorrupted, repeatable, real-world experiments seem to prove otherwise. Finally, Gnostic new agers glomming on to terrain theory doesn't make it untrue either.
