Q: Yeah, yeah. And so you, I mean, you grew up in a, as I remember, a Protestant frame. And so becoming Orthodox, there's a sense of coming home, obviously, but there's also a sense that we're entering into a world that is not quite our, that is Eastern, that is, you know, that comes from different languages. How did you navigate that transition and reintegration of these stories, and what guidance would you give others?

Orthodoxy is the church first and foremost, not merely a cultural adaptation; the process is about recognizing that the faith is transnational and that one can assimilate to new forms while preserving core identity. Over time, through confession, catechesis, family dynamics, and understanding the kingdom of God as supreme, I learned to harmonize different national and personal stories without abandoning them, allowing these histories to enrich faith rather than alienate it.
