Just remembering when I had no food or money as a young student and a lady from my church showed up unannounced at my door with 3 bags of groceries. I had just been rejected by that same group for being gay. Thx for reminding me with your show!
Foreign interference in our political system amounting to treason, media outlets are implicated in being compromised in the articles they write or being paid to write articles for the sake of foreign entities to influence in nefarious ways. Pierre Polievre being allegedly accused of working with India to gain leadership of his party by slandering Patric Brown and not a peep from your program on thoughts from the Canadian people. Rita I love your show! I listen every day!! Good show today Miss Laura Lynch Love Amanda she is awesome!
I enjoy most programs as they deal with issues that expand on current day events. Hearing from people who have experience in the topic at hand is quite relevant and appreciated.
I especially enjoy the Garden show but wish it could be an hour long. Thirty minutes is a teaser. I appreciate Paul’s knowledge base and experience but I wonder what it would be like to have guest “horticulturist from time to time? Thank you.
Cheryl
It’s always a great listen and I keep listening! I know this isn’t BBC’s “HardTalk” but it would be great if Amanda or other hosts would push back against political speak and spin on the really important questions. Citizens should hear the truth from politicians and when they aren’t the facts should be shoved back at them to catch them in falsehoods meant for social media sound bites.
It is great to hear voices from all across the social spectrum on so many interesting topics.
