I love On the Road with Penguin Classics. The selection of works is eclectic and wide-ranging. The host is charming, and the guests, invariably interesting. I’ve already bought too many new books, though.
A great listen. I already have The Book of Disquiet and this episode has encouraged me to get the biography of Pessoa written by Richard Zenith. We can’t see the places described in the podcast, but I felt I was there tagging along…please keep the series going!

Great new podcast and my type of listening. Wonderfully put together with Henry as a beautiful presenter. Well done and thank you for this
new addition.
This is a wonderful addition to my Podcast subscription listening. Brings some of the best Penguin Classics books to life in an engaging and fascinating way. It has inspired me to read more classical literature and I will definitely being replicating some of the journeys taken by Henry Eliot. Highly recommended.
