This is a good one. The hardest part for me was the voice acting/direction. Most of the actors sound a bit flat and unconvincing, and never as if they are in the same room together when the scenes are shared. The strength of the writing is what pulls this podcast through.

I just happened to find Olive Hill while looking for a good podcast to listen to. I’m from WV not to far away from olive hill. Loved the story and it was awesome to hear such a good story that includes so many places that I spent time in growing up. Made for a day well spent on my day off work.

United Statesa year ago Olive Hill is the most authentic fictional take on the true crime genre I've heard. Everything from the narration to the pacing and editing has you believing this is a real documentary. The interviews are enlightening and we gradually learn more about the mystery and the characters involved.
I wasn't enthralled with the more paranormal aspects as the plot developed but overall I would recommend Olive Hill.

Fantastic voice actors and great story- it seemed unique and the slow build kept things interesting. I don’t normally get emotional listening to podcasts but I did with this one. Just overall very, very well done.
