I love the Boingo talk! Very insightful and, at times, educational.
But please leave out the politics. Let’s unite behind the music and leave the other stuff out.
These podcast are always a pleasure to listen to . It’s always nice to hear other people’s interpretations of the Boingo catalog of songs . After hearing these songs for over 30 years I’m still learning something new about them.
Love it. Only negative is when they assume the listening audience is liberal like they seem to be. I mean, “Only a Lad” is not a liberal song! All great other than that.
This is so much fun, it is great to listen to a group of Boingoloids sit around and talk about a group I have been in love with since the 80’s. From the current interviews with musicians playing with Danny to the thoughtful song analysis, this is all such a joy. Just one suggestion, it would be great if someone took some time to research current events and/or Danny’s personal issues around the time each song was written.
