I’m new to this podcast, joining from series 2 but I think it’s so brilliant and will definitely go back to listen to series 1.
What I like most is that you get so much useful information about coeliac disease without having to trawl through websites, social media and other written materials which can be monotonous and confusing. I love this podcast- it’s not preachy, they don’t assume you’re making everything yourself from scratch, it’s just realistic. They tell you plenty about the ready made stuff as well as recommending recipe blogs, books etc. It’s also very informative, and they have some great guests. Love it!

Well done girls. It’s so refreshing to hear a podcast focused on gluten free which is hosted by brits, not the usual Americans.
You’ve got a lovely natural style and the interviews are always interesting and engaging. I’d love to hear more recipes and supermarket finds too.
The only reason for not giving five stars is that the sound quality can be very patchy. Different volumes for Laura and Sarah when they aren’t in the same location, which is really frustrating.
