  • Team Celiac!

I love Jenny’s positive and measured approach to Celiac life. She works hard to amplify voices of small business owners who do their best to provide us with safe food options, and is willing to hear them out and give them a second chance if they make a mistake. She interviews dietitians about science-backed research, and never fear-mongers or shames people for what they choose to eat. She’s a gem of the Celiac community!

  • Terrible advice

As a mother of two children with celiac disease, a registered dietitian who specializes in celiac disease and a board member of our local chapter of raising our celiac kids – I am really disappointed in the episode, talking about shared, toasters, cosmetics, etc. From clinical experience and and being a mother of two kids with celiac, I know that shared toasters, convection ovens and lipsticks with gluten absolutely can cause a reaction in someone with celiac disease. Research doesn't always tel... more

  • Thank you!!

I love your newsletter and the podcast, and this last episode with Selena was by far the most helpful on my journey as the parent of a kid (now a teen) with celiac disease! At diagnosis, her gastroenterologist told us that “even a molecule of gluten would cause the immune response”, putting me into a permanent state of panic (we were dealing also with a diagnosis of type 1 diabetes) that took me years to overcome thanks to a diabetes educator who lives with celiac and your website. • Love this Pod

I look forward to new episodes of GF Unwrapped every week. My daughter is GF/DF and Jenny helped us so much with her journey. This podcast goes behind the scenes, getting to the inspiration and essence of the brands that are changing the GF world. I’ve known Jenny for many years and it’s been amazing watching her grow as such an impactful, powerful force and voice for the GF community.

  • Entertaining and Informative! You’ll love it!

I’ve been a fan of Jenny’s for years—her articles and newsletters are my favorite way to keep up with what’s new in the gluten-free world. I’m so grateful to her for being our trusted gf journalist! And now I love her podcast! It’s so fun to hear all the “celebrities” in the gf community tell their stories. And I’m not surprised they all want to be on her podcast since the products she endorses are like Oprah’s book club picks—we all find out about them from her! If you or special people in your... more

Q: How did your TV appearances affect your business?

Q: What led you to become a pastry chef and pursue professional baking in the first place?
A lifelong love of ingredients and a fascination with how different holidays and traditions are celebrated with food drove me into pastry. My path started early, working desserts in restaurants from a young age, and despite gender norms in the past, I followed my passion and later expanded from a tiny bakery to a bigger operation.
