  • OCD and doubting yourself.

Inference based CBT is evidence based therapy that focuses attention on the root cause of obsessive doubts. Doubts that follow a feared possible self theme. There is hope for the 20 percent of people labelled ERP treatment resistent. Nicole works through a personal example at the end.

  • So grateful to Nicole

This podcast has given me hope for OCD recovery during a very difficult time. Nicole’s episodes covering I-CBT have brought me new insight into OCD that has changed the way I view the disorder and directed me towards additional tools to move forward in a positive way. I am endlessly grateful for this information which is not often discussed in the US. THANK YOU! I look forward to additional information about I-CBT and so appreciate all of the information shared so far.
