  • Loved episode 128 just released

Adam and David were fantastic in episode 128 on load management. As the father of a volleyball player this was all new learnings for me and really sold me on the value of the Vert wearable device. Adam is a great host and brings new ideas and every day content centered around youth sports and volleyball.
