出産という人生の一大イベントを目前に、10ヶ月の妊婦生活を振り返ってみました。が、かなり軽く、薄っぺらい振り返りとなってしまいました。笑
色々あったはずであろうに、記憶って案外都合よく薄れるのかもしれません🤔🫨

帰国直前、日本の空港で見かけたコミカルな音を鳴らすカート。トイレに貼られた「綺麗に使って頂きありがとうございます」の張り紙。
一時帰国で改めて気づいたのは、日本社会にあふれる細やかな優しさや配慮でした。でも同時に、その優しさや配慮があまりにも自然にシステム化され、「誰も不快にならないこと」や「不平不満が生まれないこと」が目的になっているような感覚にもなりました。
「みんなに優しい社会」は本当に心地よいのか。それとも時に息苦しさも生むのか。そんなことをゆるく話しています。

今回は、女性の方が収入の高いカップルについての話。夫がコンプレックスを感じる夫婦と、気にしない夫婦。対照的な話から、「稼ぎが多い・少ない」だけでは語れない夫婦のリアルが見えました。
収入の差を家事で補うことはありなのか？見えない家事の負担や、プライド、自分だったらどうだろう？等を話しています。

職場での「ありがとうございます」だけのメールって送る派？送らない派？
メールは増やさないのも配慮だと思う派と、失礼と思われるくらいなら送る派に分かれた私たち。
とはいえ、毎回状況が違うから、結局ちょっと迷うよね…という話から、TeamsやSlackでのリアクション文化、返信速度、席外し報告など、
職場コミュニケーションの方法やカルチャーの違いについて、ゆるく喋ってます。

皆さんにとって「働きやすい人」ってどんな人ですか？
最近社会復帰を果たした友人の職場にいる、マイクロマネージ気質なのに、相手がミスするまで手を差し伸べないタイプの同僚がいるという話から、2人で「それ働き辛いよね...」となった今回。
例えば、締切に間に合わなさそうなのが見えているのに、前もって確認はせず、ギリギリになって「あれ、やってるよね？」と声をかけるようなタイプ。
そこから、「じゃあ逆に、どんな人と働きたい？」を珍しく真面目に話してみました。

誕生日、母の日、クリスマス…。
イベントごとって、家庭によって熱量かなり違わない？という回です。
「母の日は毎年プレゼント渡す！」という人もいれば、「そもそも家でそんな文化なかった」という人もいる。
“ちゃんとやる派”と、“まぁ別に…”派。
自分の家庭では当たり前だった感覚が、外に出ると全然違う。育った家庭による“普通”の差って結構あるよね、という話を今回もぐだぐだしています。

「帯同家族まだ来てないんで、今だけシングルです！」という妙に“自由アピール”を含んだ自己紹介（？）を聞いた違和感から始まった今回。
「夫に許可取らないと」、「家庭があるので大変で」みたいに、家庭を“制約”や窮屈なものとしてネタ化するノリはごく当たり前で定番化してるけど、仕事なり家庭なり、みんな何かしら調整して生きてるはずなのに、なんで“家庭だけ”そんなに不自由に語られがちなんだろう？
