誕生日、母の日、クリスマス…。
イベントごとって、家庭によって熱量かなり違わない？という回です。
「母の日は毎年プレゼント渡す！」という人もいれば、「そもそも家でそんな文化なかった」という人もいる。
“ちゃんとやる派”と、“まぁ別に…”派。
自分の家庭では当たり前だった感覚が、外に出ると全然違う。育った家庭による“普通”の差って結構あるよね、という話を今回もぐだぐだしています。

「帯同家族まだ来てないんで、今だけシングルです！」という妙に“自由アピール”を含んだ自己紹介（？）を聞いた違和感から始まった今回。
「夫に許可取らないと」、「家庭があるので大変で」みたいに、家庭を“制約”や窮屈なものとしてネタ化するノリはごく当たり前で定番化してるけど、仕事なり家庭なり、みんな何かしら調整して生きてるはずなのに、なんで“家庭だけ”そんなに不自由に語られがちなんだろう？
その背景には、日本特有の空気感とか、“自由じゃない自分”を先回りして笑いに変えるコミュニケーションもあるのか... more
今回のテーマは、大学時代に仲が良かった友人の度重なる、「世界を幸せにしたい！周りに幸せと元気を！」という投稿にしんどさを感じてしまったお話。言ってることは正論なのに、なんでだろ？？
さらに、彼女の投稿はなぜかずっと同じテンション、余白ゼロ、逃げ場なし！
ポジティブの押し売りは、不安や迷いとかネガティブを打ち消す反動なのか？振り子のようなポジティブという視点を考えてみました。

妊活中は、どうしても四六時中そのことばかり考えてしまいがち。だからこそ、少しでも妊活から離れられる時間や居場所が欲しい——そう思ったのが、韓国語教室に通い始めたきっかけでした。
気付けば1年経ち、今では職場でも自宅でもない「第三の場所」のありがたさと、その大切さをしみじみ実感しています。
振り返ると、もともと「何者でもない自分でいられる時間や場所」を必要とするタイプの人間で、その感覚は幼少期の経験ともつながっているかも？という発見をした話です。

つい2年程前、ある出来事をきっかけに女友だちと決裂しました。
決裂に至るまでに感じた彼女への強い違和感は、いったい何だったのか。少し時間が経過した今、改めてその違和感の正体を考えました。
「イジワルって何なんだろう？」という問いを入り口に、正しさの裏にあるものや、自分の感情への責任について、流れるままに話しています。

たかみの“なんで私だけ”病は、もしかしたら自責の裏返しなのかも？という気づきからスタート。
「なんで私だけ」と感じてしまうときの感覚や、そもそも女性の方が自分を責めやすいのか？という疑問、さらに“妻”という役割についてまで、流れるままに話しています。

今回は、周りの友人たちの話を通して見えてきた「妊活における自責の念」について話しました。
結果が出ないとき、はっきりとした理由が見つからないケースも多い中で、なぜか女性側が自分を責めてしまう空気がある気がしています。
一方で、「なんで私だけ？」という思考には陥りやすいものの、いわゆる“自責の念”はあまりないタイプのたかみ。
この違いはどこから来るのか？まだうまく言語化できていない部分も多いのですが、今感じている違和感をそのまま辿りながら話してみました。

最近色々なポッドキャストを聴くようになり考えたことです。壮絶な過去や大きな苦労の話は、心に残る。多くの“語られている物語”には、わかりやすい痛みや過去があり、それが説得力に繋がっている。それに比べて、あまり苦労をしてこなかった私たちには、語る価値がないのでは？そんな風に、勝手に“比べてしまった自分”について話しています。
