妊活中は、どうしても四六時中そのことばかり考えてしまいがち。だからこそ、少しでも妊活から離れられる時間や居場所が欲しい——そう思ったのが、韓国語教室に通い始めたきっかけでした。
気付けば1年経ち、今では職場でも自宅でもない「第三の場所」のありがたさと、その大切さをしみじみ実感しています。
振り返ると、もともと「何者でもない自分でいられる時間や場所」を必要とするタイプの人間で、その感覚は幼少期の経験ともつながっているかも？という発見をした話です。

つい2年程前、ある出来事をきっかけに女友だちと決裂しました。
決裂に至るまでに感じた彼女への強い違和感は、いったい何だったのか。少し時間が経過した今、改めてその違和感の正体を考えました。

たかみの“なんで私だけ”病は、もしかしたら自責の裏返しなのかも？という気づきからスタート。

今回は、周りの友人たちの話を通して見えてきた「妊活における自責の念」について話しました。
結果が出ないとき、はっきりとした理由が見つからないケースも多い中で、なぜか女性側が自分を責めてしまう空気がある気がしています。
一方で、「なんで私だけ？」という思考には陥りやすいものの、いわゆる“自責の念”はあまりないタイプのたかみ。
この違いはどこから来るのか？まだうまく言語化できていない部分も多いのですが、今感じている違和感をそのまま辿りながら話してみました。

「自分たちの話って薄っぺらいのかな？」
最近色々なポッドキャストを聴くようになり考えたことです。壮絶な過去や大きな苦労の話は、心に残る。多くの“語られている物語”には、わかりやすい痛みや過去があり、それが説得力に繋がっている。それに比べて、あまり苦労をしてこなかった私たちには、語る価値がないのでは？そんな風に、勝手に“比べてしまった自分”について話しています。
苦労の量で、語る価値って決まるのかな？同じ出来事を体験しても、捉え方で物語は変わるのかもしれない。

会社の福利厚生のひとつとして、代理母出産や養子縁組のサポートが含まれていると気付いたことをきっかけに、改めて「選択肢」について考えてみました。
選択肢が増えること＝自由で良いこと、という感覚をなんとなく持っていましたが、年齢を重ねるにつれて、選べることが増える分だけ決断することの難しさや重さもあるのかもしれない、と感じる場面が増えてきた気がします。
今回はそんな、選択肢があることの良さと同時に感じる迷いや大変さについて、ゆるく話しています。
