  • Truth

I’ve been listening to your podcast off and on for a year. My health has been complex at a very young age. I’ve been gaslighted by western medicine. I’ve also had some bad functional drs. I am grateful you are bringing awareness to a broken system! I am doing the same on instagram. My personal blog surviving.medical.mayhem. I am so passionate about the horrors of the US healthcare system. Keep bringing it to light!!

  • Just heard my first episode

I just heard the one on SSRIs which was fantastic. I was fired from my job after 40 years because I refused a covid shot so anyone who criticizes big pharma is on my team! I loved the conclusion where he compared the real harm done to Americans by drug company pushers to the bogus claims of “threats” from Iran. Perfect!

  • Excellent podcast with real life experience and excellent examples of what nursing should look like.

I am a Respiratory Therapist and enjoy working with nurses to deliver the best care possible for my patients. I appreciate all of the nurses on the podcast who contribute to the conversations. I have gained a lot of insight into how every thing works from the nurses standpoint. The knowledge has made me a better Respiratory Therapist. Thank you.

  • Disappointing and Hard to Listen To

They should do an episode on the ethics of writing a script with Chat GPT and then passing it off as your own. 🙃

Turning failure into fuel with Coach Stefan Rudolph
Q: How did epilepsy and addiction shape your path to sobriety and purpose?
Epilepsy and addiction forced me to confront the fragility of my life; through brain surgery, imprisonment, and the decision to change my lifestyle, I discovered a purpose in coaching others to transform their health and mindset.
Turning failure into fuel with Coach Stefan Rudolph
Q: What was life like for you before you found your calling?
I followed societal expectations—school, college, a pharmaceutical career—and despite success, I felt a missing piece and eventually found my calling in helping others through resilience and coaching.
Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), nervous system healing, and functional medicine
Q: What exactly is NET and how does it work in practice?
NET is a mind-body, non-invasive technique that identifies unresolved stress patterns stored as neuropeptides and uses gentle pressure and breathing with specific phrases to clear those neuropeptides, reducing the visceral neural response without altering memory of the event.
The bioenergetic bridge between medicine and Qigong
Q: What brought you into the work you do?
I was drawn by a blend of martial arts, energetics, and later exposure to acupuncture; the doorway opened when I studied with Chinese medicine masters and realized that deeper roots—beyond technique—drive healing, especially for complex conditions like cancer.
Families across the US are embracing alternative education models
Q: What are practical ways to simplify life for families on a budget?
