I love the approach of Not Craft - thinking about the soft skills that make us more effective as designers. Josh has a great spectrum of voices for each episode, seriously this is solid work 👍
There's plenty of resources online to learn the craft of design, but not enough about the soft skills, which makes up a huge amout of why designers succeed or fail. Absolutely worth a listen.
