    They have no idea who I am but somehow I think of Charli and Femke as mentors. 😂 This podcast is my go-to for design advice. I just finished the episode on ‘Ageism in the tech industry’. I have also been wondering why internships are only available to students and how this leaves a gap in possibilities for anyone switching careers, etc. In Europe, I think it boils down to the minimal pay interns receive.
