Big tugg sent me and now I’m addicted please help go manistee
When I was a kid, I had a really hard time sleeping. It carried on well into adulthood until finally in my 40s I got some help. By now, I’ve got a little girl who is just like me and her mind races at night and somehow finds a calmness in listening to others talk. It’s how I get to sleep every night. And now she listens to this podcast with me and we sleep better. This podcast has so much that goes into it, and I’m so appreciative to those who create it.
Perfection.
Every night I listen to this I try to stay awake to listen to the whole thing but I keep falling asleep after the 2nd inning. Keep going strong!
I been waiting for a new episode please KEEP IT COMING m.. Don’t never stop I love this podcast
