Best podcast to fall asleep to. Juuuust interesting enough to keep you engaged and entertained but soothing enough to eventually send you off to sleep. So calming and meditative. I’m on my 3rd re-listen of all episodes.
I need something to listen to when I study that makes me not bored but not distracted and this is just the right amount of engaging without being overwhelming
I love this podcast. Initially I started listening from newest to oldest and then decided to start from #1. It’s my go to most nights. So close to a 5star with a slight drop, as I don’t love the music added at the end. This sometimes disrupts my sleep with the change in sound. I also don’t love the episodes that have guests talking. The change in voice also interferes with my ability to sleep through it.
I’ve been using this to sleep for a couple years now and have yet to finish an episode. It’s simultaneously interesting and relaxing and that is the perfect combination to put me to sleep.
This show is lovely. I’m on probably my 6th listen through, and I enjoy it just as much as the first time!
