I was using this to fall asleep, and then it was so good i became interested in cereal and stayed awake to listen.
Such a soothing podcast. It definitely helps me fall asleep, but even when I don’t want to sleep it has a calming effect. Also, I can to back episodes over and over again. I highly recommend The Empty Bowl. One side effect is that it has turned me into a cereal enthusiast. 5 stars.
I have the most restful sleep when I put this podcast on at night
So calm! So relaxing! So wonderful. This is the calming podcast I never knew I needed in my life. I like cereal an average amount (I am not crazy about it but I do have a couple of boxes in my pantry). But that’s not what this is really about. You don’t have to be a cereal fanatic to enjoy this podcast; you just have to be someone who wants a moment of calm in their day. Come one, come all. There’s a bowl here for everyone.
i did have a dream about my friend trying to steal my cap’n crunch.. more
