  • Major Audio/Host Voice Control Issues

Good content and mostly good vibes, but the audio is a real problem. Could be a combination of microphone placement, use of audio compression, and the hosts starting a sentence at a decent volume....then trailing off in a mumble....THEN BEING EARSPLITTING, all in the same sentence.

Each host has his own problems with mic control, but it's impossible for the listeners to adjust the volume when one host is so quiet AND THE OTHER IS SO LOUD.

    It is maddening.

    Otherwise, solid show.

  • Love the Pod and Question

Hey guys love the show listen to every episode! I had a question that I thought you guys might be able to discuss on the pod since I don’t get the chance to join the streams. Do you worry at all that the way the Nolan Arenado situation ended will scare ownership away from giving out or acquiring a contract like that in the future?

Q: Could you just explain to fans kind of what your journey to St. Louis was like and then what your job entails within the Cardinals organization?

Viewer Q&A 6: Who Will the Cardinals Target in the 2026 Draft?
Q: who are high risk, high reward players that they could likely draft outside of the first round?
Several players fit that profile, including right-handed pitchers Carson Wiggins and Jacob Dutton, and left-handed pitchers like Hunter Dietz; these players offer big upside but come with injury histories or velocity/command questions that could delay their development.
Viewer Q&A 6: Who Will the Cardinals Target in the 2026 Draft?
Q: can you explain why Daniel Jackson isn't ranked higher?
He should be ranked higher, but teams question whether he can stick behind the plate long-term, and while his power is strong, the catching defense and athletic profile raise concerns about his ceiling at catcher, which is weighing down his draft position.
