    I love this podcast because Brooke gives really sound, practical advice through a “been there, done that” lens. The episodes are in bite size pieces making it easier to listen and implement without being bogged down by TMI or feeling overwhelmed. This podcast has allowed me to focus on small changes that add up to big impact.
