Andrew (anagram for warden) and his crew are so entertaining. The blend of roleplaying, mechanics, table talk, and even mild arguing is perfect. I have not listened to the lengthy D & D campaign, but the Mothership episodes and D & D one-shots are creative and intriguing. The soundtracks for the Mothership episodes are amazing too. Plus Aussie accents rock!

I came looking for a Mothership podcast and tried a few before I found NWTB. This is the best by far, to me. I think the YouTube videos are great, but my life works better with audio, and the descriptions and characters are so good, it borders on audiobook enjoyable stories. If you want to learn more about MoSh, how the rolls work, and get a great inspiration on the missions, this is the best podcast.
This is a great podcast and the gameplay is entertaining. Sound effects and music are a nice touch as well.
They have elected to keep in some of the arguing and over the table discussion that inevitably goes along with this type of gaming, but I don't see that as a con. They care a lot about the story they're telling, and the end product shows it.
Keep 'em coming.
Ok hijinx maybe a stretch but the interaction of the players is relaxed & fun to listen to. They do a good job of editing, and still keeping enough normal table conflict in place so it doesn’t feel completely scripted. It’s also nice to listen to a RPG podcast that breaks away from a fantasy settings. I know about the previous seasons but there are too many good games out there to be limited to 5e D&D. So excellent job!
