This podcast is good, sometimes it gets annoying (idk I just get bored of it sometimes). There’s so many adds I have to speed through and that’s so annoying. But I love Mr J’s videos and wish he was my teacher.

    Mr. J

Thank you for always being a light and for always being yourself. As someone who has also been diagnosed with severe ADHD & ADD, plus anxiety and depression on top of it, your humour and advice has helped me. Also a little piece of good news for you, I am going to be starting therapy again!!! I’ve realized how much I’ve needed it and through this podcast I’ve learned that needing therapy doesn’t make you weak it makes you human
