I love Beth’s casual yet professional approach to podcasting. She covers topics that appeal to everyone - marriage, parenting, conflict, assertiveness, the Enneagram, ADHD, and various mental health diagnoses just to name a few. She is a wealth of helpful knowledge and sound wisdom for all ages. Her calming, confident voice is pleasant to listen to - I often feel like I’ve just met with a kind and hope- inspiring therapist after listening to an episode. I love Beth!

I LOVE THIS PODCAST.There are times when we feel down on ourselves or just need some encouragement, and this is what you should listen to in those moments.Beth has inspired me in so many ways, but also reminded me that we are humans and we are never perfect.I highly recommend this podcast to anyone of age because it can truly teach all of us a lesson.This has also given me many ideas for our in-person sessions.
