  • Every episode is full of gold

I don’t know how I found Kwame’s podcast but I am so glad I have. Everything is negotiation and Kwame combined expertise and a knack for selecting guests that have powerful points of view which makes for rich conversations. If this was not enough, Kwame’s warmth makes you feel you are in the room. His curiosity is contagious. I cannot recommend this enough even if you are not a negotiator because whether you think you are is irrelevant. I would give it ten stars if I could.

  • Game changer!

Love Kwame’s approach to negotiation. Before listening to his show, I always thought that negotiations were win-lose and was seeing them as more of technical and transnational things. After learning his approach of listening and understanding the other side to create a win-win solution with lots of psychological elements I became more interested in negotiation and comfortable doing them. I use the approach in every situation from a conversation with my kids to tough business situations. Thank yo... more
