I don’t know how I found Kwame’s podcast but I am so glad I have. Everything is negotiation and Kwame combined expertise and a knack for selecting guests that have powerful points of view which makes for rich conversations. If this was not enough, Kwame’s warmth makes you feel you are in the room. His curiosity is contagious. I cannot recommend this enough even if you are not a negotiator because whether you think you are is irrelevant. I would give it ten stars if I could.
Kwame is a great interviewer and the episodes are incredibly insightful
I learn from each and every episode/guest. Kwame is so lovely too.

I use the approach in every situation from a conversation with my kids to tough business situations. Thank yo... more
