  • A podcast packed with wisdom

Kwame has a calm, grounded presence that makes complex conversations enjoyable to listen to, and he consistently brings on guests who have something real to teach rather than just promote. Across the archive there is a wide breadth of wisdom on conflict, communication, and leadership, and I almost always leave with at least one idea I can put into practice.

  • Every episode is full of gold

I don’t know how I found Kwame’s podcast but I am so glad I have. Everything is negotiation and Kwame combined expertise and a knack for selecting guests that have powerful points of view which makes for rich conversations. If this was not enough, Kwame’s warmth makes you feel you are in the room. His curiosity is contagious. I cannot recommend this enough even if you are not a negotiator because whether you think you are is irrelevant. I would give it ten stars if I could.
