The last one i heard barely covered its topic during half an hour of rambling, and this two-part episode I have on now has given zero worthwhile content in almost an hour. Bro don’t tell us you’re sharing “the one lesson I learned” and then tell us your whole life story instead

Insightful, eye opening and entirely relatable. I love this podcast and have gained a lot from TNL’s content and hopefully this continues, I can’t see myself ever being able to afford a boot camp so this is the next best thing available to me. My only criticism is wanting regular uploads that can’t be found on YouTube (I.e more actual podcast episodes rather than audio from videos). Keep it up James and the rest of the guys and girls at TNL
