  • Excellent - and just getting better and better.

Dr Supriya’s understanding and knowledge of narcissistic relationships and the injustices of the family court is encyclopaedic. This podcast led me to her new books (the Narcissists in Divorce series), which expose the legal system honestly, whilst giving practical solutions. Highly recommended.

  • Essential listening and reading if narcissism is involved

Discovered these professional, educated and science-based podcasts whilst helping a family member to escape from a long controlling marriage. So helpful for many reasons:

    1. Education - we needed to educate ourselves about what was going on psychologically, and learn the meaning of technical terms like “narcissistic supply” “triangulation”. So the podcasts are an immediate way to access full knowledge of the theory.

    2. Experience and tactics - Dr Supriya and all her colleagues share their up to... more

  • Enlightening and helpful - would love to see an episode on narcissists using children as weapons

I’ve found this podcast to be extremely helpful and educational on this topic. Divorce is difficult but surely it shouldn’t be this difficult - until you realise one of the parties is a narcissistic and is not acting with rational motives.

Can I make a plea for an episode devoted to how to respond to the situation where the narcissist uses the children as weapons (eg making contact difficult / denying contact all together / controlling and limiting contact / poisoning the children against the... more

  • Very difficult to hear the answers.

This podcast is very helpful, the problem is that the sound on the person answering important topics regarding divorce and narcissistic behaviours is quite difficult to hear. Is there any way to fix this as it can be helpful to those looking for valuable information? Keep up the great work!
