Funny, insightful, and a bit too relatable. A must-listen for anyone who may doubt themselves at work. I’m looking forward to future episodes :)
It can be tricky to find the time to step away from the day to day at work and invest time in working out why something is making you feel ‘icky.’ Would highly recommend listening to this as a good first step. Love the combination of questions to ask yourself, relatable real-life examples and practical suggestions of how to handle the situation.
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this on my way home from work and can’t wait for next week’s episode. I particularly loved the shameful story! Ha.
Brilliant podcast addressing real life work place issues giving useful tools and information. Heavy issues but also lighthearted moments. Great dynamic between Dr Michelle and Selina.
