  • Excellent podcast on managing work and life

    I was recently recommended this podcast and I think it’s great. The hosts are engaging and the length is perfect for my daily walk. Like many I have struggled with lack of motivation and loneliness whilst working at home for the last 15 months but also feeling overwhelmed and that I’m not getting enough done. These podcasts have given me advice on how to mange these feelings and practical tips like structuring my day, my workspace and very importantly my leisure time. I’m so glad I gave this pod... more
