A beautifully moving tribute to a show I never got tired of experiencing. What a treat to hear Scott telling his own experience being a part of it.
I came into this as a fan of the producer Mark Blumberg (look up his films, they’re great), but I’m leaving as a fan of Scott Mikita. What a charming and personal perspective on an aspect of culture that’s at once immense and (for those of us who are not close to Broadway) easy to overlook.
Some podcasts are meant to run forever. This one is a precious nugget. It’s everything it needs to be and nothing more. Well done, everyone involved.
Incredibly well produced podcast about an interesting guy during an interesting time in his life. Any one who is fan of the show or of Broadway will appreciate this candid, behind-the-scenes look at the closing of one of the most important shows in American Theatre.
Wonderful show! Great job Mark and team. So engaging. Especially if you love theatre.
To be honest, I wasn’t expecting to get hooked on this podcast. But I did. It got me. Halfway through the 1st episode, Scott’s story (and storytelling) got me. Sold! This is way better than it should be. It’s something special. I want more podcasts like this.
