I have looked forward to this podcast every week. Immensely listenable, but also thought provoking, these short interviews have captured each interviewees’ passion points about art superbly and Dr Laura-Jane Foley subtly encourages a varied and engaging selection of wider topics across politics, business and cultural history to accompany the art theme. A must listen!
Whilst Stephen Unwin's excellent choice of paintings and considered approach is engaging at first hearing, the detailed and thought-provoking layering benefits from several hearings. Relating the paintings through various perspective of his work and interests gives a unique and enlightening view.

I absolutely love this podcast! It's one of my favourite moments of the week currently. Dr Laura-Jane Foley knows how to inspire people and make art more accessible through a simple interview with a really interesting guest. Perfect length too: short enough to fit in people's busy timetables, but not so short that you haven't learned anything. I hope there are a lot more to come! Thank you :-)
Fascinating podcast series and the perfect length - more please!
What a fantastic podcast series! Dr Foley is bringing art alive; making it much more accessible to a wider audience through these fascinating conversations. I've found it incredibly interesting listening to these people speak about artwork that is important to them, especially the episode featuring Brooks Newmark, and I am eagerly anticipating the next episode.
These podcasts are beautifully put together and wonderfully profound. Hearing the guests speak about what an impact their favourite works of art have had on their personal development has made me question the works of art that have meant the most to me! Love it and can't wait for the next podcasts!
