Informative podcast but I still don’t understand how perimenopause can be diagnose other than by listing some symptoms. I think Queensland Health could enforce training on their GPs. The lack of support, information and knowledge is astounding and dangerous.
I think saying hot flashes is the most debilitating symptom of menopause underplays ALL of the other symptoms. Many women are not aware of many other symptoms actually being linked to menopause. Joint & muscle pain, insomnia, low libido, vaginal dryness, anxiety… don’t minimize Menopause to Hot flashes!
I really enjoy this podcast many interesting topics and very easy to listen.
Thanks !
My amazing body podcast on pain was really helpful. I have found hydro therapy really useful. Sadly with the covid epidemic our hospital pool is closed.
Very interesting content, particularly enjoying season 3 and the five part series so far. Looking forward to listening to the next episodes!
