  • About the Menopause season

Informative podcast but I still don’t understand how perimenopause can be diagnose other than by listing some symptoms. I think Queensland Health could enforce training on their GPs. The lack of support, information and knowledge is astounding and dangerous.

  • Menopause

I think saying hot flashes is the most debilitating symptom of menopause underplays ALL of the other symptoms. Many women are not aware of many other symptoms actually being linked to menopause. Joint & muscle pain, insomnia, low libido, vaginal dryness, anxiety… don’t minimize Menopause to Hot flashes!
