Hamed is so genius!
I love the well thought out questions he asks.
I only recently discovered Murmur Radio, but I've been catching up since January, and I can't get enough. It's a terrific, insightful look into (mostly) art and culture from the points of view of world-famous filmmakers, musicians, academics and more (still haven't completely caught up, so who knows what other guest backgrounds are awaiting). The host, Robert, is super-knowledgeable, asks poignant questions, and always has great report with his guests. Can't wait until the next one.
Good stuff. I remember Rob's crazy cartoonish laugh from class
This show has a winning formula, in that it takes a deep dive with creators who are defining music, film, television, comics, art and culture more generally. The interviews run deep, beyond the usual analysis or shilling for someone's latest release, and succeed on the basis of the host's easy rapport with and depthful understanding of his guests. Bravo, Robert! I can't wait to see where this goes...
