Love this podcast. My only feedback is to do some research on pronunciations of important people/places in the cases. For example, in the zodiac episode recently- Dave Toschi - Dave toss-key not “toe-she.” Also Melvin Belli- not Melvin belly but Melvin Bell-eye. I hyper fixated on this case for years, so the mispronunciations took me out of the story. Otherwise, great stories!
Awesome presentation and research….Carter is great!
way better than i expected. i started with the Arias episode and it's excellent. i always wanted to know about this case.
Harold Swain was born in 1918. Your podcast states that once he became successful in his 30s, that Harold bought himself “a brand new Ford Model A”.
The last Ford Model A was produced in 1932 when Harold was 13yo. Since it’s therefore highly likely this detail is fabricated, what other details of these cases is also fabricated fantasy?
I want facts, not fantasy; this is why the genre is called “True Crime”. This is not the first bit of inserted fantasy I’ve noticed in this podcast.
